Formed in 2009, the Archive Team (not to be confused with the archive.org Archive-It Team) is a rogue archivist collective dedicated to saving copies of rapidly dying or deleted websites for the sake of history and digital heritage. The group is 100% composed of volunteers and interested parties, and has expanded into a large amount of related projects for saving online and digital history.
Roscommon Community Athletics Track
The purpose of the draw is to raise funds towards building Roscommon’s first athletics track – a competition standard, 8 lane, 400 metre track for the entire community. We need to raise €1.3 million to make this dream a reality, and we need your help getting this important initiative over the line. Roscommon Community Athletics Track Committee was established to drive this ambitious project forward in partnership with Lisnamult CLG and Roscommon Community Sports Park. We already have a suitable site and planning permission granted, additionally we were awarded a Sport Capital Grant of €387,000 in 2025, now we are fundraising in earnest to find the balance so we can build this much needed facility.
